Top Gear USA is a copy of of the U.K. However it is a Funny representation of the series. Rutledge Wood, Adam Ferrara, and Tanner Foust provide a good amount of info and stay enjoyable to watch. On the other hand Rutledge Wood is a little annoying at times, but overall this a very reasonable show to watch and I look forword to seeing new ones in the future.
